What We Do
From film to finished bag,

We melt resin and extrude the film
We melt LLDPE and LDPE resin, push it through a round die and inflate it with air to make film of even thickness. Our 6 extrusion lines cover widths from 50 mm to 3,800 mm.
ConvertingWe make the bags in a cleanroom
The film moves into our Class 10,000 cleanroom converting room, where 3 band sealers and 5 bag-making machines seal and cut it into bags.

Keeping cleaned parts clean
Used as primary packaging for semiconductor parts after machining and cleaning. The inside of the bag must be free of particles, and static-sensitive parts use anti-static products.

Pharmaceutical materials, free of contaminants
