Because we both extrude the film and convert it into bags, we can make bags, rolls, sheets and tubing alike.

Clean PE bags for semiconductor parts and pharmaceutical materials, band-sealed in our Class 10,000 cleanroom converting room.

Bags and rolls for static-sensitive semiconductor parts. Surface resistance is set to 10⁹–10¹² Ω so that static does not build up.

A bag with its sides folded inward. Seen from the side it forms an ‘M’, hence the name M-fold bag; it opens wide to hold bulky items.

Film wound on rolls rather than made into bags. Cut it to the length you need, or run it on packaging equipment.

Wide film opened into a single layer. Available as cut sheets or as sheet rolls.

Seamless tubular film wound as extruded. Cut it to length and seal both ends to make bags of any length.

Just give us the thickness and size. Units are mm; for rolls, give the length in m.
Bags · Sheets
e.g. 0.10 × 500 × 700 → thickness 0.1 mm, width 500 mm, length 700 mm
Rolls
e.g. 0.08 × 600 × 500M → thickness 0.08 mm, width 600 mm, length 500 m
※ Lay-flat width is the width of the tubular film when pressed flat — the same as the bag width.
Applications
Semiconductor
Used as primary packaging for semiconductor parts after machining and cleaning. The inside of the bag must be free of particles, and static-sensitive parts use anti-static products.
Pharmaceutical
Used as bags for pharmaceutical raw materials. Because there must be no carbonized specks (black spots) or foreign matter, we make them with careful checks in our cleanroom converting room.
